  1. 1. Bring a pot with about 1 liter of water to a boil and cover. Add the eggs to the boiling water and cook for about 7 minutes. Then drain the eggs, rinse under cold water and peel.
  2. 2. Wash the salad thoroughly, tear into bite-sized pieces and drain well. Quarter the eggs and cut the feta into cubes.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper well and season to taste. Toss the salad, eggs and feta with the dressing and serve. Enjoy your meal!
