🥗 Salad with Basil Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 3 pcs
- basil, fresh 50 g
- organic lemons 1 pcs
- yogurt, plain 150 g
- whipping cream 4 tbsp
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- walnut kernels 80 g
- salad mix 250 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse the basil leaves, pat dry, pluck them from the stems, and chop finely as well. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and cream until creamy. Then add the garlic, basil, olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Toast the walnuts in a pan without fat over medium heat for about 3–4 minutes. Let them cool briefly and chop coarsely. Wash the salad thoroughly and spin dry.
- 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Arrange the salad on plates and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Enjoy your meal!
