  1. 1. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse the basil leaves, pat dry, pluck them from the stems, and chop finely as well. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt and cream until creamy. Then add the garlic, basil, olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Toast the walnuts in a pan without fat over medium heat for about 3–4 minutes. Let them cool briefly and chop coarsely. Wash the salad thoroughly and spin dry.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Arrange the salad on plates and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Enjoy your meal!
