  1. 1. Wash arugula and let it drain. Also wash basil, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Tear the mozzarella and ham into rough pieces. Wash the nectarine, cut it in half, remove the pit, and slice it into wedges.
  2. 2. Heat some oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the nectarine for about 4 minutes. Lightly salt and remove from the pan.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create a dressing. Combine the arugula salad with the grilled nectarine and ham in the bowl with the dressing and serve. Enjoy your meal!
