🍳 Crispy Salami and Ham Baguette

Ingredients
- lettuce 0.25 pc.
- mini cucumbers 1 pc.
- pickles 2 pc.
- onions, red 1 pc.
- cress bed 1 pc.
- baguette 2 pc.
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- boiled ham 100 g
- salami slices 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves from each other.
- 2. Wash the leaves thoroughly.
- 3. Let the lettuce drain off the water.
- 4. Slice the snack cucumbers into thin rounds.
- 5. Slice the gherkins into rounds as well.
- 6. Peel the onion.
- 7. Cut the onion into thin rings or slices.
- 8. Cut the cress from the bed with a knife.
- 9. Split the baguettes lengthwise into two halves.
- 10. Put the mayonnaise into a small bowl.
- 11. Add the mustard to the mayonnaise.
- 12. Stir the sauce well with a spoon.
- 13. Season the sauce to taste with black pepper.
- 14. Spread the mustard mayonnaise onto the inside surfaces of the baguette halves.
- 15. Place a layer of lettuce on the bread.
- 16. Add slices of ham and salami.
- 17. Distribute the cucumber slices over the meat.
- 18. Add the onion slices on top.
- 19. Crown the sandwich with the fresh cress.
- 20. Close the sandwich and serve it immediately.
- 21. Alternatively, you can pack it in a lunch box for on-the-go.
