  1. 1. Take the steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling to let them reach room temperature.
  2. 2. Preheat your grill.
  3. 3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
  4. 4. Halve the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  5. 5. Wash the chili peppers.
  6. 6. Slice the chili peppers into thin rings.
  7. 7. Add the chili pepper rings to the tomatoes.
  8. 8. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to the tomatoes and chili.
  9. 9. Mix everything well so the tomatoes and chili are evenly seasoned.
  10. 10. Slice the baguette into pieces about 2 cm thick.
  11. 11. Wash the rosemary and thyme.
  12. 12. Shake the herbs dry.
  13. 13. Place the fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs on the steaks.
  14. 14. Grill the steaks for about 4 to 6 minutes, depending on how well done you prefer them.
  15. 15. Turn the steaks once during grilling.
  16. 16. Season the cooked steaks with sea salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Place the steaks on a cutting board and let them rest briefly.
