🥤 Juicy beef steak with cherry tomatoes and rosemary

Ingredients
- Beef sirloin steaks 800 g
- Rosemary, fresh 15 g
- Thyme, fresh 10 g
- Sea salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cherry tomatoes 200 g
- Hot pepper mix 1 pc.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Baguette 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Take the steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling to let them reach room temperature.
- 2. Preheat your grill.
- 3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry.
- 4. Halve the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
- 5. Wash the chili peppers.
- 6. Slice the chili peppers into thin rings.
- 7. Add the chili pepper rings to the tomatoes.
- 8. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to the tomatoes and chili.
- 9. Mix everything well so the tomatoes and chili are evenly seasoned.
- 10. Slice the baguette into pieces about 2 cm thick.
- 11. Wash the rosemary and thyme.
- 12. Shake the herbs dry.
- 13. Place the fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs on the steaks.
- 14. Grill the steaks for about 4 to 6 minutes, depending on how well done you prefer them.
- 15. Turn the steaks once during grilling.
- 16. Season the cooked steaks with sea salt and pepper.
- 17. Place the steaks on a cutting board and let them rest briefly.
- 18. Slice the steaks into strips.
- 19. Grill the baguette slices until golden brown on all sides.
- 20. Serve the grilled baguette slices with the beef steak strips and the marinated tomatoes.
