  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Beat soft butter in a bowl with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy.
  3. 3. Add eggs and sugar alternately to the butter and mix well.
  4. 4. Stir the milk into the mixture.
  5. 5. Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and stir until you have a smooth batter.
  6. 6. Pour the batter into a greased baking tray.
  7. 7. Bake the cake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the chocolate coating in the meantime.
  9. 9. Warm the cream in a pot over medium heat.
  10. 10. Let the chopped coating melt in the warm cream.
  11. 11. Remove the chocolate cream from the heat.
  12. 12. Let the cream cool down in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  13. 13. Take the chocolate cake out of the oven.
  14. 14. Let the cake cool completely.
  15. 15. Cut the cake into squares of about 4 by 4 centimeters.
  16. 16. Beat the cooled chocolate cream with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy.
  17. 17. Thinly coat two sides of the chocolate squares with the cream.
  18. 18. Stack the squares on top of each other as you like.
  19. 19. Decorate the cake as you like.
  20. 20. Serve the cake and enjoy it.
