Ingredients
- butter 100 g
- salt pinch
- port wine 2 tbsp
- pepper, mixed 1 tsp
- beef rumpsteaks 600 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the soft butter with ½ tsp salt, port wine, and mixed pepper until well combined. Shape the mixture into a roll, wrap it in baking paper, and let it firm up in the refrigerator.
- 2. Rinse the rumpsteaks, pat them dry with kitchen paper, and season with salt. Grill them on a hot grill for about 3–4 minutes per side. Plate the steaks, slice the pepper butter into rounds, place the slices on top, and let them melt.
