Ingredients
- butter 150 g
- eggs 3 pcs
- salt pinch
- sugar 150 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 150 g
- baking powder 0.5 packet
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat). In a bowl, beat the soft butter with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy. Then work in the eggs, salt, and sugar one by one. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and mix everything well.
- 2. Pour the batter into a small, greased loaf pan and bake it in the oven for about 60 minutes. Enjoy!
