Ingredients
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Milk 50 ml
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Toast bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- 2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 3. Pour in a splash of milk.
- 4. Whisk the ingredients with a fork or whisk until the mixture is uniform.
- 5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 6. Melt a piece of butter in the hot pan.
- 7. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- 8. Let the eggs set for about 30 seconds without stirring.
- 9. Get a spatula ready.
- 10. Gently lift and fold the egg mixture until it is set but still creamy.
- 11. Toast the bread to your liking.
- 12. Serve the scrambled eggs together with the toast on plates.
