🍳 Scrambled Eggs with Asparagus

Ingredients
- green asparagus 200 g
- butter 1 tbsp
- oil 1 tbsp
- eggs 8 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the asparagus, trim off the woody ends, and slice the stalks into thin pieces, leaving the tips whole. Heat butter and oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the asparagus with a pinch of salt for about 5–6 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. When the asparagus is tender, add the egg mixture and let it set while stirring. Serve the scrambled eggs with asparagus on plates alongside rye bread.
