  3. 3. Place the ham cubes into a bowl.
  4. 4. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk.
  5. 5. Mix everything well together.
  6. 6. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  7. 7. Add the onion cubes to the pan.
  8. 8. Sauté the onions for two to three minutes until they are soft and translucent.
  9. 9. Pour the egg mixture over the onions.
  10. 10. Let the mixture sit undisturbed for about 30 seconds.
  11. 11. Take a spatula and keep pushing the eggs around in the pan.
  12. 12. Scrape the eggs gently from the bottom of the pan.
  13. 13. Stop when the eggs are set and have light brown spots.
  14. 14. Place the scrambled eggs onto a plate.
  15. 15. Serve the dish together with bread.
