🍳 Fluffy Scrambled Eggs with Ham

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- cooked ham 100 g
- eggs 8 pcs.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- milk 50 ml
- butter 2 tbsp
- rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
- 2. Cut the ham into small cubes as well.
- 3. Place the ham cubes into a bowl.
- 4. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk.
- 5. Mix everything well together.
- 6. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 7. Add the onion cubes to the pan.
- 8. Sauté the onions for two to three minutes until they are soft and translucent.
- 9. Pour the egg mixture over the onions.
- 10. Let the mixture sit undisturbed for about 30 seconds.
- 11. Take a spatula and keep pushing the eggs around in the pan.
- 12. Scrape the eggs gently from the bottom of the pan.
- 13. Stop when the eggs are set and have light brown spots.
- 14. Place the scrambled eggs onto a plate.
- 15. Serve the dish together with bread.
