  7. 7. Whisk the egg mixture vigorously with a fork or a whisk.
  8. 8. Heat a frying pan on high heat.
  9. 9. Place the bacon in the hot pan.
  10. 10. Fry the bacon for about 4 minutes until crispy, without adding extra fat.
  11. 11. Remove the bacon from the pan and set it aside.
  12. 12. Do not clean the pan; leave the bacon fat in it.
  13. 13. Reduce the heat to medium.
  14. 14. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the warm pan.
  15. 15. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
