🍳 Scrambled Eggs with Crispy Bacon Strips

Ingredients
- chives, fresh 10 g
- eggs 8 pcs.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- milk 50 ml
- bacon 100 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the chives under running water.
- 2. Dry the chives with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 4. Place the eggs in a bowl.
- 5. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- 6. Add some milk to the eggs.
- 7. Whisk the egg mixture vigorously with a fork or a whisk.
- 8. Heat a frying pan on high heat.
- 9. Place the bacon in the hot pan.
- 10. Fry the bacon for about 4 minutes until crispy, without adding extra fat.
- 11. Remove the bacon from the pan and set it aside.
- 12. Do not clean the pan; leave the bacon fat in it.
- 13. Reduce the heat to medium.
- 14. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the warm pan.
- 15. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- 16. Let the eggs set for about 30 seconds.
- 17. Get a spatula ready.
- 18. Push and scrape the egg mixture around in the pan.
- 19. Keep turning the eggs until they are fully set.
- 20. Ensure the eggs get a light browning.
- 21. Serve the scrambled eggs onto the plates.
- 22. Place the crispy bacon strips alongside.
- 23. Sprinkle the cut chive rings over the dish.
- 24. Serve the scrambled eggs with bread.
