🍳 Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and Avocado Bread

Ingredients
- avocado 1 pc.
- smoked salmon 150 g
- eggs 6 pc.
- pepper, black ground pinch
- salt pinch
- butter 2 tbsp
- rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop the flesh out with a spoon, and dice it finely. Slice the salmon into strips. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- 2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium to high heat and let the egg mixture set while stirring occasionally.
- 3. Top the rye bread with the diced avocado, season with salt and pepper, and serve with the salmon and scrambled eggs.
