🍳 Fluffy Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp and Spring Onions

Ingredients
- Party Shrimp 200 g
- Spring Onions 1 bunch
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Milk 50 ml
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Toast Bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Wash the spring onions, dry them, and slice them into fine rings.
- 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper, and milk until well combined.
- 4. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 5. Sauté the shrimp and spring onions in the pan for about 2 minutes.
- 6. Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp and let it set for 30 seconds.
- 7. Stir the eggs with a spatula until they are set and start to turn golden brown.
- 8. Serve the scrambled eggs on plates together with toast.
