🍳 Scrambled Eggs with Broccoli and Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- broccoli 1 pc.
- salt pinch
- pepper, green 1 pc.
- butter 2 tbsp.
- eggs 8 pc.
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rye wholemeal bread, sliced 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cover. Thoroughly wash the broccoli, cut it into florets, and cook in the boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and cut it into dice.
- 2. Drain the broccoli in a colander and let it drain well. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the vegetables for about 4–5 minutes. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- 3. Add the egg mixture to the vegetables, let it set for about 1 minute, and then cook while stirring and pushing for about 3 minutes. Plate and serve with bread.
