  2. 2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat and add the egg mixture. Cook the scrambled eggs for about 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, wash and dry the chives, then slice them into fine rings. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, scoop the flesh out with a spoon, and cut it into approximately 1 cm cubes.
  4. 4. Serve the finished scrambled eggs on plates along with the avocado cubes and chives, accompanied by rye bread. Enjoy your meal!
