🍳 Scrambled Eggs with Avocado

Ingredients
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Milk 50 ml
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Chives, fresh 20 g
- Avocado 2 pcs.
- Rye bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs together with the milk, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat and add the egg mixture. Cook the scrambled eggs for about 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Meanwhile, wash and dry the chives, then slice them into fine rings. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, scoop the flesh out with a spoon, and cut it into approximately 1 cm cubes.
- 4. Serve the finished scrambled eggs on plates along with the avocado cubes and chives, accompanied by rye bread.
