🍽️ Rocket Salad with Goat Cheese and Croutons

Ingredients
- Toast bread 4 slices
- Thyme, fresh 10 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Arugula 300 g
- Goat cheese roll 200 g
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Pepper, white ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the toast bread into cubes and remove the crust. Wash the thyme thoroughly and dry it. Lightly press the garlic with a knife.
- 2. Heat the butter in a pan over high heat and roast the toast cubes together with the thyme and garlic for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Then drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt.
- 3. Wash the arugula thoroughly and drain well. Slice the goat cheese and cut into coarse cubes.
- 4. In a bowl, mix the mustard, honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper well and adjust to taste. Add the arugula, goat cheese, and croutons to the bowl and combine everything with the dressing. Serve. Enjoy your meal!
