  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 240 degrees Celsius. Set the mode to top and bottom heat. Place a baking sheet inside the oven to warm up along with it.
  2. 2. Take the red cabbage and cut it into quarters. Remove the outer leaves and the hard core. Cut the vegetable into thin strips or grate it finely.
  3. 3. Wash the thyme and shake it dry. Gently pluck the small leaves off the woody stems.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
  5. 5. Cut the onion in half. Peel it and slice it into thin strips.
  6. 6. Take a bowl and add the chopped garlic, crème fraîche, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir everything well until a creamy sauce forms.
  7. 7. Roll out the pizza dough flat on a piece of baking paper.
  8. 8. Spread the prepared crème fraîche mixture evenly over the dough. Save the tomato sauce for another dish.
  9. 9. Distribute the cut red cabbage evenly over the dough.
  10. 10. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces and sprinkle it over the red cabbage.
  11. 11. Distribute the onion slices and half of the thyme leaves evenly over the pizza.
  12. 12. Carefully take the hot baking sheet out of the oven.
  13. 13. Slide the topped pizza with the baking paper carefully onto the hot sheet.
  14. 14. Slide the sheet onto the lowest rack in the oven. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes.
  15. 15. Take the finished pizza out of the oven.
  16. 16. Place the thin slices of Serrano ham on the hot pizza.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the remaining thyme over it.
  18. 18. Drizzle the pizza with a splash of olive oil and some honey.
  19. 19. Serve the pizza immediately while it is still hot. Enjoy your meal!
