🍕 Savory Red Cabbage Pizza

Ingredients
- Red cabbage, fresh 1 pc
- Thyme, fresh 10 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Onions, red 1 pc
- Crème fraîche 300 g
- Parmesan, grated 150 g
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs
- Mozzarella 2 pcs
- Serrano ham 5 slices
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 240 degrees Celsius. Set the mode to top and bottom heat. Place a baking sheet inside the oven to warm up along with it.
- 2. Take the red cabbage and cut it into quarters. Remove the outer leaves and the hard core. Cut the vegetable into thin strips or grate it finely.
- 3. Wash the thyme and shake it dry. Gently pluck the small leaves off the woody stems.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 5. Cut the onion in half. Peel it and slice it into thin strips.
- 6. Take a bowl and add the chopped garlic, crème fraîche, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir everything well until a creamy sauce forms.
- 7. Roll out the pizza dough flat on a piece of baking paper.
- 8. Spread the prepared crème fraîche mixture evenly over the dough. Save the tomato sauce for another dish.
- 9. Distribute the cut red cabbage evenly over the dough.
- 10. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces and sprinkle it over the red cabbage.
- 11. Distribute the onion slices and half of the thyme leaves evenly over the pizza.
- 12. Carefully take the hot baking sheet out of the oven.
- 13. Slide the topped pizza with the baking paper carefully onto the hot sheet.
- 14. Slide the sheet onto the lowest rack in the oven. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes.
- 15. Take the finished pizza out of the oven.
- 16. Place the thin slices of Serrano ham on the hot pizza.
- 17. Sprinkle the remaining thyme over it.
- 18. Drizzle the pizza with a splash of olive oil and some honey.
- 19. Serve the pizza immediately while it is still hot. Enjoy your meal!
