  5. 5. Cut two thin slices from the onion and set them aside.

  7. 7. Add the diced onion, the oats, and one tablespoon of oil to the beans.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  9. 9. Mix all ingredients well together.
  10. 10. Form four burger patties from the mixture.
  11. 11. Place the patties in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  12. 12. Peel the beetroot.
  13. 13. Grate the beetroot coarsely into a bowl.
  14. 14. Peel the orange so that the white inner skin is completely removed.
  15. 15. Cut out the orange fillets between the membranes and catch the juice in the process.
