🍽️ Beetroot Goat Cheese Parcels

Ingredients
- Beetroot, pre-cooked 500 g
- Apples, red 2 pcs
- Goat cheese roll 200 g
- Thyme, fresh 10 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Honey 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Drain the beetroot and cut it into slices about 1 cm thick. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the seeds, and slice it. Cut the goat cheese into slices. Rinse the thyme and shake it dry.
- 2. Brush a piece of aluminum foil with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Place a slice of beetroot on it, followed by a slice of apple and a slice of goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with honey, and add a sprig of thyme. Seal the foil tightly.
- 3. Cook the beetroot and goat cheese parcels on the grill for about 15 minutes on the side. Alternatively, you can prepare the parcels in the oven.
