🥗 Colorful Salad with Beetroot and Feta Cheese

Ingredients
- Valerian 100 g
- Beetroot, pre-cooked 300 g
- Carrots 2 pcs.
- Apples, green 1 pc.
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Feta 200 g
- Walnut kernels 60 g
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the lamb's lettuce under running water.
- 2. Cut off the tough roots at the base.
- 3. Spin the greens dry, for example in a salad spinner.
- 4. Let the beetroot drain well from the can or packaging.
- 5. Peel the carrot completely.
- 6. Cut off the hard ends at the top and bottom.
- 7. Break the carrot into coarse, irregular pieces.
- 8. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 9. Cut the apple in half through the center.
- 10. Remove the core using a corer or a spoon.
- 11. Peel the onion completely.
- 12. Cut the onion into two halves.
- 13. Take the feta cheese out of the package.
- 14. Crumble the cheese into coarse pieces using your hands.
- 15. Put the walnuts into the mixing container of the device.
- 16. Crush the nuts for 6 seconds on speed 6.
- 17. Transfer the crushed nuts into a large salad bowl.
- 18. Put the onion halves into the empty mixing container.
- 19. Chop the onion for 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 20. Add the chopped onion to the nuts in the bowl.
- 21. Put the apple halves into the mixing container.
- 22. Chop the apple for 5 seconds on speed 6.
- 23. Transfer the apple into the salad bowl with the other ingredients.
- 24. Put the beetroot into the mixing container.
- 25. Chop the beetroot for 5 seconds on speed 4.
- 26. Transfer the beetroot into the salad bowl.
- 27. Put the carrot pieces into the mixing container.
- 28. Chop the carrots for 5 seconds on speed 6.
- 29. Transfer the carrots into the salad bowl.
- 30. Mix all solid ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 31. Squeeze the orange to extract the juice.
- 32. Put 50 grams of orange juice into the mixing container.
- 33. Add the oil, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- 34. Mix the dressing ingredients for 10 seconds on speed 4.
- 35. Gently fold the lamb's lettuce under the remaining ingredients.
- 36. Pour the dressing over the salad.
- 37. Mix everything gently so the leaves are not crushed.
- 38. Serve the salad immediately.
