🥗 Beetroot Salad

Ingredients
- Beetroot in a jar, slices 500 g
- Chives, fresh 10 g
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cumin, whole pinch
Instructions
- 1. Place the beetroot in a sieve and catch about 120 ml of juice. Wash the chives thoroughly, pat dry and cut into small rings.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the oil, vinegar and 4 tablespoons of the collected beetroot juice well with salt, pepper and cumin. Then add the beetroot and chives, mix everything well and season to taste. Enjoy your meal!
