🥤 Beetroot Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- Apples, red 2 pcs
- Beetroot in a jar, slices 430 g
- Orange juice 300 ml
- Coconut milk 400 ml
- Honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the apples under running water.
- 2. Cut the apples into four equal quarters.
- 3. Remove the hard core containing the seeds from the apple quarters.
- 4. Cut the cored apple pieces into rough, irregular cubes.
- 5. Take the beetroot out of the package and let the liquid drain off well.
- 6. Cut the beetroot into rough cubes as well.
- 7. Place the apple cubes and beetroot cubes into a tall mixing jug.
- 8. Pour the orange juice over the fruit and vegetables in the jug.
- 9. Add the coconut milk to the other ingredients in the jug.
- 10. Blend all ingredients with a mixer until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is formed.
- 11. Add some honey to taste if you prefer the smoothie to be sweeter.
- 12. Pour the finished smoothie into drinking glasses.
