  1. 1. Cut the beetroot into approx. 1 cm cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Peel the pear and cut the flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes as well.
  3. 3. Add the pear cubes to the beetroot mixture in the bowl.
  4. 4. Add the cranberries and the vinegar.
  5. 5. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper to your taste.
  6. 6. Add the olive oil and mix everything well.
  7. 7. Wash the corn salad thoroughly and spin it dry.
  8. 8. Finely chop the walnuts.
  9. 9. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  10. 10. Spread the corn salad as a base on the plates.
  11. 11. Place the beetroot mixture on top of the salad.
  12. 12. Garnish the dish with the feta cubes and the walnuts.
