🍽️ Corn salad with smoked feta, beetroot and walnuts

Ingredients
- beetroot, pre-cooked 300 g
- pears 1 pc.
- lingonberries 2 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar, dark 3 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- olive oil 5 tbsp
- valerian salad 100 g
- walnut kernels 3 tbsp
- feta 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beetroot into approx. 1 cm cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- 2. Peel the pear and cut the flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes as well.
- 3. Add the pear cubes to the beetroot mixture in the bowl.
- 4. Add the cranberries and the vinegar.
- 5. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper to your taste.
- 6. Add the olive oil and mix everything well.
- 7. Wash the corn salad thoroughly and spin it dry.
- 8. Finely chop the walnuts.
- 9. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 10. Spread the corn salad as a base on the plates.
- 11. Place the beetroot mixture on top of the salad.
- 12. Garnish the dish with the feta cubes and the walnuts.
