🍽️ Crispy Beetroot Patties

Ingredients
- onions, red 1 pc.
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- beetroot, pre-cooked 500 g
- spelt wholemeal flour 100 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onions in half and peel off the skin.
- 2. Take the beetroot out of the can and let it drain well.
- 3. Grate the onions and the beetroot coarsely into a large bowl using a grater.
- 4. Add the flour, salt, and pepper to the vegetable mixture.
- 5. Stir everything well until you have a uniform mixture.
- 6. Shape the mixture into eight flat patties.
- 7. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 8. Fry the patties for about two minutes on each side over high heat.
- 9. Reduce the heat to low and let the patties cook covered for about five minutes.
