  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (fan). Clean the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Wash the rosemary, shake it dry and pluck the needles from the stems.
  2. 2. Thoroughly toss the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
