🍽️ Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly waxy 1 kg
- rosemary, fresh 20 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (fan). Clean the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Wash the rosemary, shake it dry and pluck the needles from the stems.
- 2. Thoroughly toss the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- 3. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
