  1. 1. Rinse the mint thoroughly, pat dry, and pick off the leaves. Wash the lime under hot water and cut it into 2–3 thin slices.
  2. 2. Place the ice cubes in a glass. Pour the rosé wine over the ice cubes, then add the mint and lime slices and top up with tonic water. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
