  3. 3. Tear the lettuce leaves apart individually.
  4. 4. Wash the lettuce leaves and let them drain well.
  5. 5. Cut the lime in half.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  7. 7. Put 2 tablespoons of lime juice into a small bowl.
  8. 8. Add 1 teaspoon of honey.
  9. 9. Whisk the lime juice and honey together well.
  10. 10. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  11. 11. Stir until the dressing is creamy and homogeneous.
