  8. 8. Peel the kohlrabi.
  9. 9. Cut the kohlrabi into large pieces.
  10. 10. Rinse the parsley and basil.
  11. 11. Shake the herbs dry.
  12. 12. Pluck the leaves from the herb stems.
  13. 13. Cut the lemon in half.
  14. 14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  15. 15. Place the carrots and celery into the mixing bowl.
  16. 16. Chop the vegetables for 10 seconds on speed 5.
  17. 17. Transfer the chopped vegetables into a bowl.
  18. 18. Add the apple and kohlrabi to the mixing bowl.
  19. 19. Chop these ingredients for another 10 seconds on speed 5.
  20. 20. Add the chopped fruit and vegetables to the bowl with the rest.
