🍽️ Fresh Raw Vegetable Salad with Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- carrots 3 pcs.
- celery stalks 0.5 pcs.
- apples, red 1 pcs.
- kohlrabi 1 pcs.
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- basil, fresh 10 g
- lemons 1 pcs.
- sugar 1 tbsp
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sunflower seeds 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrots.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the celery.
- 3. Trim the ends off the celery.
- 4. Cut the carrots and celery into large pieces.
- 5. Wash the apple.
- 6. Quarter the apple.
- 7. Remove the core from the apple.
- 8. Peel the kohlrabi.
- 9. Cut the kohlrabi into large pieces.
- 10. Rinse the parsley and basil.
- 11. Shake the herbs dry.
- 12. Pluck the leaves from the herb stems.
- 13. Cut the lemon in half.
- 14. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 15. Place the carrots and celery into the mixing bowl.
- 16. Chop the vegetables for 10 seconds on speed 5.
- 17. Transfer the chopped vegetables into a bowl.
- 18. Add the apple and kohlrabi to the mixing bowl.
- 19. Chop these ingredients for another 10 seconds on speed 5.
- 20. Add the chopped fruit and vegetables to the bowl with the rest.
- 21. Add the herbs to the mixing bowl.
- 22. Chop the herbs for 3 seconds on speed 8.
- 23. Use a spatula to scrape the herb mixture down from the sides of the container.
- 24. Add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice to the mixture.
- 25. Add sugar to the mixture.
- 26. Add olive oil to the mixture.
- 27. Add mustard to the mixture.
- 28. Mix everything for 10 seconds on speed 5.
- 29. Season the dressing with salt.
- 30. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 31. Pour the dressing over the salad.
- 32. Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the salad.
