Ingredients
- mini cucumbers 6 pcs.
- radishes 1 bunch
- chicory 1 pc.
- celery stalks 0.5 pc.
- herb quark 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into four long strips.
- 3. Halve the radishes if they are large.
- 4. Separate the chicory leaves from each other individually.
- 5. Separate the celery sticks individually and cut them lengthwise into four strips.
