Ingredients
- Cabbage 1 pc.
- Carrots 2 pcs.
- Spring onions 2 pcs.
- Grapefruit 1 pc.
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Mini Romaine 2 pcs.
Instructions
- 1. Pull the leaves off the kohlrabi.
- 2. Wash the kohlrabi leaves thoroughly.
- 3. Pat the leaves dry with a cloth.
- 4. Finely chop the kohlrabi leaves.
- 5. Peel the kohlrabi and the carrots.
- 6. Grate the kohlrabi and carrots into fine strips.
- 7. Clean the spring onions.
- 8. Shake the spring onions dry.
- 9. Cut off the roots of the spring onions.
- 10. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 11. Peel the grapefruit with a sharp knife.
- 12. Make sure to remove all the white skin.
- 13. Release the grapefruit segments with V-shaped cuts.
- 14. Dice the grapefruit segments.
- 15. Cut the lemon in half.
- 16. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 17. Put all prepared ingredients into a bowl.
- 18. Add the oil and lemon juice.
- 19. Mix everything well together.
- 20. Season the mixture with salt.
- 21. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 22. Carefully separate the lettuce leaves from the core.
- 23. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 24. Take one tablespoon of the raw vegetable mixture.
- 25. Place the mixture onto a lettuce leaf.
- 26. Serve the filled lettuce leaves.
