Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce 0.5 pc.
- Cucumber 0.25 pc.
- Fresh cheese, plain 100 g
- Pesto alla Genovese 50 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Toast bread 8 slices
- Roast beef, sliced 200 g
- Olives, black 16 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Roughly tear the iceberg lettuce, wash thoroughly, and drain well. Wash the cucumber and cut into 16 paper-thin slices. In a bowl, mix the fresh cheese and pesto and season with pepper.
- 2. Toast the bread slices and spread the pesto-fresh cheese mixture on one side. Then cut each slice into four squares.
- 3. Top the toast pieces with iceberg lettuce, roast beef, cucumber slices, and olives as desired. Secure with small skewers if needed, and arrange the roast beef bites decoratively on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
