🍽️ Juicy Beef Filet Rolls with Creamy Avocado Sauce

Ingredients
- beef tenderloin steaks 600 g
- salt pinch
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- avocado 1 pc
- garlic cloves 1 pc
- organic limes 1 pc
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
- arugula 30 g
- olives, green 8 pc
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the beef filet steaks under cold water.
- 2. Pat the steaks completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Season the steaks generously with salt all around.
- 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 5. Sear the steaks on high heat.
- 6. Cook the steaks for about 4 minutes.
- 7. Reduce the heat on the pan.
- 8. Cook the steaks for another 3 minutes.
- 9. Wrap the steaks in aluminum foil.
- 10. Let the steaks rest in the foil.
- 11. Halve the avocado.
- 12. Remove the pit of the avocado.
- 13. Remove the flesh from the shell.
- 14. Dice the avocado flesh roughly.
- 15. Peel the garlic.
- 16. Halve the lime.
- 17. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 18. Place the avocado in a tall container.
- 19. Add the garlic to the container.
- 20. Add the cream cheese to the container.
- 21. Puree the avocado with the garlic and cream cheese.
- 22. Season the mixture with salt.
- 23. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 24. Season the mixture with lime juice.
- 25. Wash the arugula.
- 26. Spin the arugula dry.
- 27. Slice the steaks into thin slices.
- 28. Spread the avocado cream onto the steak slices.
- 29. Place some arugula leaves on the coated steaks.
- 30. Roll up the steaks.
- 31. Take a drained olive.
- 32. Secure the roll with a wooden skewer.
- 33. Plate the beef filet rolls.
