🍽️ Juicy Beef Steak from the Grill Pan

Ingredients
- Beef rump steaks 2 pcs.
- Sunflower oil 75 ml
- Rosemary, fresh 10 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Sea salt pinch
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Take the steaks out of the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking so they reach room temperature.
- 2. Heat sunflower oil in a pan.
- 3. If the steak has a fat edge, fry it for about 2 minutes at the edge of the pan until crispy.
- 4. Place rosemary sprigs and a pressed clove of garlic in the pan.
- 5. Sear the steak for 2 to 3 minutes on each side over high heat.
- 6. Reduce the heat to medium-low.
- 7. Cover the pan.
- 8. Let the steak cook gently for 5 to 8 minutes depending on thickness and desired doneness.
- 9. Turn the steak 1 to 2 times during the cooking process.
- 10. Baste the steak repeatedly with the flavored cooking fat from the pan.
- 11. Melt the butter in the pan.
- 12. Fry the steak for 1 minute on each side.
- 13. Pour the melted butter over the steak.
- 14. Remove the steak from the heat.
- 15. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- 16. Let the steak rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
