🥤 Rhubarb Shake

Ingredients
- Rhubarb 400 g
- Honey 6 tbsp
- Milk 500 ml
- Quark 20% fat in total 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the rhubarb, trim the ends thinly, and cut into coarse pieces. In a pot, bring the rhubarb together with honey and 3 tablespoons of water to a boil over medium heat. Then cook until tender for about 10 minutes over low heat and let cool.
- 2. In a tall container, puree the rhubarb compote with milk and quark. Serve the rhubarb shake well chilled. Enjoy!
