🍰 Rhubarb Compote with Quark

Ingredients
- Rhubarb 600 g
- Vanilla Sugar 2 tsp
- Apple Juice 100 ml
- Apple Sauce 2 tbsp
- Cornstarch 1 tsp
- Quark 40% fat in total 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly, remove the fibrous skin, and cut into small pieces. In a pot, bring to a boil over medium heat together with vanilla sugar, apple juice, and apple sauce, then cook until tender for about 5 minutes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the starch with a little water and stir it into the rhubarb compote. Simmer gently for about 2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- 3. Distribute the rhubarb compote onto small plates and serve with quark. Enjoy your meal!
