🍰 Fluffy Rhubarb Crumble Buns

Ingredients
- milk 140 g
- sugar 180 g
- yeast, fresh 0.5 pcs
- wheat flour, Type 405 500 g
- butter 150 g
- eggs 1 pcs
- salt pinch
- rhubarb 300 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
Instructions
- 1. Put milk, 10 grams of sugar, and half the yeast into the mixing bowl.
- 2. Warm the mixture for 2 minutes at 37 degrees on level 2.
- 3. Add 350 grams of flour, 50 grams of butter, one egg, 50 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- 4. Knead the dough for 2 minutes on the dough kneading setting.
- 5. Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rise, covered, in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
- 6. Wash the rhubarb and cut off the ends.
- 7. Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 1 centimeter in size.
- 8. Mix the rhubarb pieces with 20 grams of sugar in a bowl and let them sit.
- 9. Put 100 grams of sugar, one packet of vanilla sugar, 50 grams of flour, and 100 grams of soft butter into the mixing bowl.
- 10. Mix the crumble ingredients for 15 seconds on level 6.
- 11. Transfer the crumble to a bowl and keep it cool.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 13. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- 14. Divide the yeast dough on a floured surface into 10 equal pieces.
- 15. Shape each piece into a ball and press it slightly flat.
- 16. Place the dough discs on the prepared baking sheets.
- 17. Top each disc with the rhubarb pieces.
- 18. Sprinkle the prepared crumble topping over them.
- 19. Bake the buns for about 20 minutes in the oven.
- 20. Carefully remove the buns from the oven and let them cool.

- 22. Tip: For an even sweeter version, you can decorate the cooled buns with icing sugar glaze.
