  1. 1. Put milk, 10 grams of sugar, and half the yeast into the mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Warm the mixture for 2 minutes at 37 degrees on level 2.
  3. 3. Add 350 grams of flour, 50 grams of butter, one egg, 50 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for 2 minutes on the dough kneading setting.
  5. 5. Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rise, covered, in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
  6. 6. Wash the rhubarb and cut off the ends.
  7. 7. Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 1 centimeter in size.
  8. 8. Mix the rhubarb pieces with 20 grams of sugar in a bowl and let them sit.
  9. 9. Put 100 grams of sugar, one packet of vanilla sugar, 50 grams of flour, and 100 grams of soft butter into the mixing bowl.
  10. 10. Mix the crumble ingredients for 15 seconds on level 6.
  11. 11. Transfer the crumble to a bowl and keep it cool.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  13. 13. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
  14. 14. Divide the yeast dough on a floured surface into 10 equal pieces.
  15. 15. Shape each piece into a ball and press it slightly flat.
  16. 16. Place the dough discs on the prepared baking sheets.
  17. 17. Top each disc with the rhubarb pieces.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the prepared crumble topping over them.
  19. 19. Bake the buns for about 20 minutes in the oven.
