🥤 Fresh Rhubarb Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients
- rhubarb 250 g
- strawberries 250 g
- sugar 100 g
- vanilla pod 0.5 pcs
- water 500 g
- mint, fresh 5 g
- sparkling water, classic 1.5 L
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
- 2. Peel off the tough outer skin of the rhubarb.
- 3. Cut the rhubarb into coarse cubes.
- 4. Wash the strawberries.
- 5. Remove the green leaves and stems from the strawberries.
- 6. Put the sugar into the mixing container.
- 7. Add the vanilla pod to the mixing container.
- 8. Pulverize the sugar and vanilla for 10 seconds on speed 10.
- 9. Add the prepared strawberries to the container.
- 10. Add the rhubarb cubes to the container.
- 11. Crush the fruit for 8 seconds on speed 8.
- 12. Push the mixture down from the sides of the container using a spatula.
- 13. Add water to the container.
- 14. Heat the mixture for 15 minutes at 95 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
- 15. Pour the hot mixture through a sieve.
- 16. Catch the drained juice in a vessel.
- 17. Let the juice cool down completely.
- 18. Wash the mint.
- 19. Shake the mint dry.
- 20. Pour 20 milliliters of berry syrup into each glass.
- 21. Top up the glasses with mineral water.
- 22. Garnish the lemonade with fresh mint.
- 23. Serve the drink immediately.
