  1. 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
  2. 2. Peel off the tough outer skin of the rhubarb.
  3. 3. Cut the rhubarb into coarse cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the strawberries.
  5. 5. Remove the green leaves and stems from the strawberries.
  6. 6. Put the sugar into the mixing container.
  7. 7. Add the vanilla pod to the mixing container.
  8. 8. Pulverize the sugar and vanilla for 10 seconds on speed 10.
  9. 9. Add the prepared strawberries to the container.
  10. 10. Add the rhubarb cubes to the container.
  11. 11. Crush the fruit for 8 seconds on speed 8.
  12. 12. Push the mixture down from the sides of the container using a spatula.
  13. 13. Add water to the container.
  14. 14. Heat the mixture for 15 minutes at 95 degrees Celsius on speed 1.
  15. 15. Pour the hot mixture through a sieve.
  16. 16. Catch the drained juice in a vessel.
  17. 17. Let the juice cool down completely.
  18. 18. Wash the mint.
  19. 19. Shake the mint dry.
  20. 20. Pour 20 milliliters of berry syrup into each glass.
  21. 21. Top up the glasses with mineral water.
  22. 22. Garnish the lemonade with fresh mint.
  23. 23. Serve the drink immediately.
