🍰 Creamy Rhubarb and Cream Dessert

Ingredients
- rhubarb 500 g
- sugar 70 g
- apple juice 50 ml
- whipping cream 300 g
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the rhubarb.
- 2. Peel off the fibrous skin of the stalks.
- 3. Cut off the hard ends.
- 4. Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 1 cm in size.
- 5. Place the rhubarb pieces, sugar, and apple juice into a pot.
- 6. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- 7. Cook the rhubarb for about 4 to 5 minutes until it breaks down.
- 8. Allow the rhubarb mixture to cool completely.
- 9. Whip the cream in a bowl using a hand mixer and whisk attachment until stiff.
- 10. Add the powdered sugar to the whipped cream and mix it in well.
- 11. Gently fold the cooled rhubarb puree into the cream.
- 12. Fill the dessert into portion glasses or small bowls.
- 13. Keep the dessert in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
