🍰 Crispy Rhubarb Croissant Bake

Ingredients
- Rhubarb 500 g
- croissant 4 pcs
- Whipping cream 200 g
- Milk 50 ml
- Brown sugar 75 g
- Vanilla sugar 4 tsp
- Eggs 3 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan mode.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the rhubarb under running water.
- 3. Remove the fibrous outer skin of the rhubarb.
- 4. Cut the rhubarb into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Slice the croissants into thin pieces.
- 6. Grease a baking dish with some fat.
- 7. Layer the croissant slices and rhubarb pieces alternately in the dish.
- 8. Put cream, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs into a separate bowl.
- 9. Whisk the ingredients for the liquid mixture well together.
- 10. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
- 11. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven.
- 12. Bake the bake for about 40 minutes.
- 13. Check if the rhubarb is tender and the surface is crispy.
- 14. Remove the bake from the oven and let it cool down briefly.
- 15. Serve the bake warm or cold as you like.
