  1. 1. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Grease a baking dish lightly with butter.
  3. 3. Cut the orange in half.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice out of the orange halves.
  5. 5. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
  6. 6. Remove the fibrous skin from the rhubarb.
  7. 7. Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 10 centimeters long.
  8. 8. Put 40 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, and 2 tablespoons of orange juice into a bowl.
  9. 9. Stir the sugar mixture well in the bowl.
  10. 10. Sprinkle the rhubarb pieces with the sugar mixture.
  11. 11. Place the rhubarb pieces into the prepared baking dish.
  12. 12. Cook the rhubarb in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  13. 13. Take the rhubarb out of the oven when it is soft.
  14. 14. Mix the remaining orange juice with quark, sour cream, and the remaining sugar.
  15. 15. Serve the warm rhubarb with the orange quark cream.
