🍰 Oven Rhubarb with Orange Quark Cream

Ingredients
- butter 1 tbsp
- oranges 1 pc
- rhubarb 800 g
- brown sugar 70 g
- vanilla sugar 20 g
- quark 20% fat in trace 250 g
- sour cream 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Grease a baking dish lightly with butter.
- 3. Cut the orange in half.
- 4. Squeeze the juice out of the orange halves.
- 5. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
- 6. Remove the fibrous skin from the rhubarb.
- 7. Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 10 centimeters long.
- 8. Put 40 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, and 2 tablespoons of orange juice into a bowl.
- 9. Stir the sugar mixture well in the bowl.
- 10. Sprinkle the rhubarb pieces with the sugar mixture.
- 11. Place the rhubarb pieces into the prepared baking dish.
- 12. Cook the rhubarb in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- 13. Take the rhubarb out of the oven when it is soft.
- 14. Mix the remaining orange juice with quark, sour cream, and the remaining sugar.
- 15. Serve the warm rhubarb with the orange quark cream.
