Ingredients
- Radishes 0.25 bunch
- Mini cucumbers 1 pc.
- Rice cakes, plain 8 pc.
- Cream cheese, plain 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cress bed 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes and the cucumber under running water.
- 2. Slice the radishes into very thin rounds.
- 3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds as well.
- 4. Take the rice cakes and spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each one.
- 5. Season the cream cheese layer with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 6. Arrange the radish and cucumber slices on the cakes according to your taste.
- 7. Add some cress as a topping.
- 8. Serve the finished cakes immediately and enjoy them.
