🍕 Crispy Rice Paper Pizza with Ham

Ingredients
- spring onions 4 pcs
- cooked ham 100 g
- rice paper 4 pcs
- processed cheese 4 tsp
- eggs 4 pcs
- fried onions 4 tbsp
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Tabasco 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly and shake them dry.
- 2. Remove the tough ends of the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 3. Dice the cooked ham into coarse pieces.
- 4. Heat a non-stick frying pan without oil over medium heat.
- 5. Place one sheet of rice paper flat into the hot pan.
- 6. Spread a thin layer of one teaspoon of processed cheese onto the rice paper.
- 7. Crack an egg and pour it directly onto the cheese.
- 8. Let the egg cook for about three minutes until it sets.
- 9. Distribute the sliced spring onions and the diced ham evenly over the pizza.
- 10. Continue cooking the pizza until the egg is fully cooked through.
- 11. Remove the finished pizza from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
- 12. Garnish the finished pizza with fried onions.
- 13. Serve the pizza with mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce.
