  1. 1. Put eggs, vanilla sugar, and 200 grams of powdered sugar into a bowl.
  2. 2. Whisk the mixture with a hand mixer and whisk attachment for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  3. 3. Stir mineral water and oil into the egg mixture.
  4. 4. Gently fold in flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  6. 6. Divide the cake batter into 6 equal portions.
  7. 7. Add 1 teaspoon of food coloring to each portion.
  8. 8. Color the batters strongly in purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red.
  9. 9. Mix 1 part red and 3 to 4 parts yellow color to make orange.
  10. 10. Mix 1 part blue and 3 to 4 parts red color to make purple.
  11. 11. Line a 24-centimeter springform pan with baking paper.
  12. 12. Grease the sides of the pan.
  13. 13. Pour the first colored batter into the pan and smooth it out.
  14. 14. Bake the layer in the preheated oven for about 13 minutes.
  15. 15. Let the cake layer cool down completely.
  16. 16. Remove the cooled layer from the pan.
  17. 17. Repeat steps 13 to 16 for all remaining batter colors.
  18. 18. Whisk soft butter and 400 grams of powdered sugar in a bowl until foamy.
  19. 19. Fold cream cheese into the butter cream.
  20. 20. Keep the cream cool until you are ready to use it.
  21. 21. Spread about 2 tablespoons of cream onto the first cooled cake layer.
  22. 22. Stack the remaining cake layers on top of each other.
  23. 23. Cover the entire cake with the remaining cream.
  24. 24. Sprinkle the cake with colorful sugar pearls.
