🍽️ Creative Ravioli Pan with Seafood and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- seafood salad 400 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- sugar pinch
- tomatoes, pureed 400 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- oregano, dried 1 tsp
- stuffed pasta, buffalo mozzarella 800 g
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onion and remove the skin.
- 2. Dice the onion finely.
- 3. Peel the garlic.
- 4. Chop the garlic coarsely.
- 5. Drain the seafood salad in a sieve if it is in liquid.
- 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan on high heat.
- 7. Fry the onion and garlic for approx. 2 minutes.
- 8. Deglaze the pan with pureed tomatoes.
- 9. Let the sauce simmer on medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
- 10. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and oregano.
- 11. Add the seafood salad to the sauce.
- 12. Keep the sauce warm.
- 13. Bring approx. 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
- 14. Cook the ravioli for approx. 4 minutes until they rise to the surface.
- 15. Drain the ravioli in a sieve.
- 16. Let the ravioli drain.
- 17. Mix the ravioli in the pan with the tomato sauce and seafood.
- 18. Serve the dish on plates.
