  1. 1. Halve the onion and remove the skin.
  2. 2. Dice the onion finely.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic.
  4. 4. Chop the garlic coarsely.
  5. 5. Drain the seafood salad in a sieve if it is in liquid.
  6. 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan on high heat.
  7. 7. Fry the onion and garlic for approx. 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Deglaze the pan with pureed tomatoes.
  9. 9. Let the sauce simmer on medium heat for approx. 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and oregano.
  11. 11. Add the seafood salad to the sauce.
  12. 12. Keep the sauce warm.
  13. 13. Bring approx. 5 liters of salted water to a boil in a pot.
  14. 14. Cook the ravioli for approx. 4 minutes until they rise to the surface.
  15. 15. Drain the ravioli in a sieve.
  16. 16. Let the ravioli drain.
  17. 17. Mix the ravioli in the pan with the tomato sauce and seafood.
  18. 18. Serve the dish on plates.
