Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- dill, fresh 5 g
- chives, fresh 5 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- sour cream 6 tbsp
- buttermilk 6 tbsp
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic.
- 3. Wash the fresh herbs under running water.
- 4. Shake the herbs dry.
- 5. Finely chop the herbs.
- 6. Cut the lemon in half.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 8. Place the sour cream in a bowl.
- 9. Add the buttermilk to the bowl.
- 10. Add the mayonnaise to the bowl.
- 11. Whisk the three ingredients together well.
- 12. Fold in the chopped garlic.
- 13. Fold in the chopped herbs.
- 14. Season the dressing with salt.
- 15. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 16. Season the dressing with sugar.
- 17. Add the lemon juice.
- 18. Whisk everything together once more.
- 19. Pour the dressing over your salad.
- 20. Transfer the remaining dressing into a jar.
- 21. Seal the jar.
- 22. Store the jar in the refrigerator.
