Ingredients
- Chow Mein Noodles 400 g
- Garlic Cloves 1 pc.
- Ginger, fresh 1 pc.
- Ground Beef 500 g
- Eggs 6 pcs.
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Organic Limes 1 pc.
- Avocado 2 pcs.
- Salt Pinch
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Oil 5 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the chow mein noodles into a bowl.
- 2. Pour boiling water over the noodles.
- 3. Let the noodles steep for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Drain the water.
- 5. Rinse the noodles with cold water to cool them down.
- 6. Let the noodles drain well.
- 7. Peel the garlic and the ginger.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic and the ginger.
- 9. Put the minced meat into a bowl.
- 10. Add the chopped ginger.
- 11. Add the chopped garlic.
- 12. Add 1 egg.
- 13. Season with pepper.
- 14. Add soy sauce.
- 15. Knead the ingredients into a mixture.
- 16. Halve the lime.
- 17. Squeeze the lime juice.
- 18. Halve the avocados.
- 19. Remove the pits from the avocados.
- 20. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 21. Put the avocado flesh into a bowl.
- 22. Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
- 23. Mash the avocado with the lime juice.
- 24. Season the avocado cream with salt.
- 25. Season the avocado cream with pepper.
- 26. Peel the red onion.
- 27. Slice the red onion into rings.
- 28. Put the drained noodles into a bowl.
- 29. Add 1 egg to the noodles.
- 30. Mix the noodles with the egg.
- 31. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
- 32. Set the pan to medium heat.
- 33. Shape 8 small buns from the noodle mixture.
- 34. Fry the noodle buns one by one in the pan.
- 35. Fry the buns golden brown on both sides.
- 36. Fry the buns for about 5 minutes.
- 37. Shape 4 patties from the minced meat.
- 38. Fry the patties in the pan.
- 39. Fry the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 40. Crack 4 eggs into the pan.
- 41. Fry the eggs as sunny-side-up eggs.
- 42. Fry the sunny-side-up eggs golden brown for about 3 minutes.
- 43. Take a noodle bun.
- 44. Spread the avocado cream on the noodle bun.
- 45. Place a patty on the avocado cream.
- 46. Place a sunny-side-up egg on the patty.
- 47. Place red onion rings on the sunny-side-up egg.
- 48. Take another noodle bun.
- 49. Place the second noodle bun on top of the burger as a lid.
- 50. Serve the ramen burgers.
