  5. 5. Peel the kohlrabi and remove any woody parts.
  6. 6. Cut the kohlrabi into cubes.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions and cut off the roots.
  8. 8. Cut the white part of the spring onions into thin rings.
  9. 9. Cut the green part of the spring onions diagonally into rings.
  10. 10. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot over medium heat.
  11. 11. Add the white spring onion rings and the kohlrabi cubes to the pot.
  12. 12. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
  14. 14. Deglaze the vegetables with cream.
  15. 15. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  16. 16. Let the dish simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
