🍽️ Räucherlachs-Trifle mit Honig-Senf-Sauce

Ingredients
- English cucumbers 1 pc.
- salt pinch
- lemons 1 pc.
- dill, fresh 20 g
- pumpernickel 4 slices
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sour cream 200 g
- honey 2 tbsp
- mustard 2 tbsp
- smoked salmon 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
- 3. Cut the cucumber flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Place the cucumber cubes into a bowl.
- 5. Sprinkle the cubes with salt.
- 6. Set the bowl aside.
- 7. Rinse the lemon.
- 8. Grate about one teaspoon of lemon zest.
- 9. Cut the lemon in half.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves.
- 11. Wash the dill.
- 12. Remove the thick stems from the dill.
- 13. Chop the dill finely.
- 14. Cut the pumpernickel into large cubes.
- 15. Take a clean bowl.
- 16. Add the cucumber cubes to this bowl.
- 17. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 18. Add one tablespoon of olive oil.
- 19. Mix the ingredients well.
- 20. Season the mixture with salt.
- 21. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 22. Take a second clean bowl.
- 23. Add the sour cream to this bowl.
- 24. Add the chopped herbs.
- 25. Add the lemon zest.
- 26. Add one tablespoon of olive oil.
- 27. Mix the ingredients well.
- 28. Season the cream with salt.
- 29. Season the cream with pepper.
- 30. Take a third clean bowl.
- 31. Add the honey to this bowl.
- 32. Add the mustard.
- 33. Whisk the ingredients well.
- 34. Take glasses for the trifle.
- 35. Distribute the cucumber mixture evenly into the glasses.
- 36. Layer the pumpernickel cubes on top.
- 37. Layer the sour cream on top.
- 38. Tear the smoked salmon into small pieces.
- 39. Place the salmon pieces on top.
- 40. Drizzle the trifle with the honey mustard sauce.
- 41. Plate the dish.
