Ingredients
- Radishes 0.5 bunch
- Mini cucumbers 2 pcs.
- Cress bed 20 g
- Yogurt, plain 150 g
- mayonnaise 100 g
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radishes thoroughly, trim the ends and dice them. Also wash the cucumbers, remove the ends and cut them into cubes. Cut the cress.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and mustard, then season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 3. Fold the radishes, cucumbers, and cress into the cream and serve the radish-cucumber dip.
